Pricing & Payment
At Revive Saunas we strive to offer the best prices in the market and oblige to our best price guarantee. We reserve the right to add additional shipping charges for difficult to ship/large sized items or to remote locations.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of purchase to secure your order. The remaining 80% balance is due before delivery or collection. We accept bank transfers only (must be received and cleared before order is shipped). All quoted prices exclude delivery and installation. Contact us for a quote for delivery and installation!
Deposits
20% deposit is required in order to process your order.
The remaining 80% balance is due prior to delivery or collection. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order before the delivery, the 20% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after the delivery, the entire amount is non-refundable.

We use the information that you provide for such purposes as answering questions and completing transactions. We do not provide any information for third party distribution. To buy from Revive Saunas, we request contact & financial information.

This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfil your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
Warranty
Our saunas are designed to be kept inside and are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for 1-year. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna (i.e. cleaning or staining the sauna). This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence of the product and any human damage. Our saunas are designed exclusively for indoor/undercover use, any external exposure of the sauna to water of any kind, specifically the roof/top of the saunas, will cause irreparable damage as all electrical components are stored in this area of the sauna.
To be eligible for warranty service, the sauna must have been used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered by the warranty and may require proof of purchase or other documentation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, or by modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons.
This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labour costs would not be considered as part of the warranty. Any installation and shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. If a customer has chosen to install any product independently of Revive Sauna assistance and to which in our sole opinion has been improperly installed; this warranty does not apply. This warranty is void if electrical wiring is not performed by a certified electrician. If the purchaser elects to install the sauna themselves, against the advice of Revive Saunas, and they damage or break something, the warranty will be void for such damage. This warranty is void if the sauna has been stored outside or in an area that has exposed the externals of the sauna to water or dampness of any kind. Any damage or missing parts claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving this product.
Our sauna warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the sauna and is not transferable. If the sauna is resold, the warranty will be void and no longer apply to the new owner.
Delivery
Our saunas are designed for easy collection. However, if you require delivery services, we can arrange this for you at an additional cost.
The delivery date will be agreed upon at the time of purchase, and we will make every effort to deliver your sauna on time. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, transportation issues from the supplier, supplier delays, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Installation
We are happy to offer installation services and we prefer that you get the installation done by us. We also provide the option of just shipping it to your home and you can assemble it yourself. If a customer has chosen to install any product independently and to which in our sole opinion has been improperly installed; the warranty does not apply. Contact us for a quote for delivery and installation!
Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the sauna, and we are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur during installation or use of the sauna.
Ownership
The sauna remains the property of our company until the full purchase price has been paid.
Proof of Delivery/Collection/Installation
Delivery Method: Delivery of the sauna will be made via the chosen delivery method, which may include a courier service, a transport company, or delivery by the seller or their representative.
Proof of Delivery: A signature will not be required for proof of delivery of the sauna. Instead, the delivery will be considered complete once the sauna has been delivered to the specified address and left at the designated location. The driver will take a photo of the delivered item as proof of delivery.
Collection: If the customer chooses to collect the sauna from the seller or their representative, a signature will not be required for proof of collection. Instead, the customer will be required to provide their name and contact details, and acknowledge receipt of the sauna through a photo at the time of collection.
Installation: If the customer chooses to have the sauna installed by the seller or their representative, a signature will not be required for proof of installation. Instead, the installer will provide the customer with a completed installation form, which will serve as proof of installation with a photo of the final install.
Inspection: The customer is responsible for inspecting the sauna upon delivery or collection, and reporting any damage or defects to the seller or their representative within 48 hours of receipt.
Acceptance: By accepting delivery, collection or installation of the sauna, the customer acknowledges that they have inspected the sauna and found it to be in good working order, and agrees to follow all safety and usage instructions provided by the manufacturer.
Liability: The seller or their representative will not be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from the delivery, collection or installation of the sauna, unless such damage or loss is caused by their negligence.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer agrees to the above delivery and proof of delivery methods, and acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement.
